Walk To Your Health

Are you ready to come with me to take each day a walk just for your self and your health.

As we talked on other posts about eating healthy how it effect our body’s as we all hear that many times you are what you eat is the truth and now supporting this healthy habit with exercise will maximize & improve our health by minimizing & reducing our risks of health.

It’s very simple thing but yet very effective it doesn’t cost a penny but even will save you some money from visiting the doctors less and spending for gyms, equipment or magic pills etc..I believe in simplicity and that’s all we need over greasy fancy stuff which is most of the time is not good for us.

Well let’s count some blessing of walking but before we start here is some tips to walk more effectively

Keep your posture shoulders back and relaxed eyes looking forward and chin level.

Walk as you are late for an appointment.

To spice-up your walk walk at brisk rate to even burn more calories and help detoxify your body.

Pull your tummy muscles in to tone ABS.

Strike the ground with heel roll forward through arch of foot & push from toes.

Walk on sand, grass, gravel or snow.

  1. You are very welcome! Yes we usually forget the basic and simple things that are usually the greatest. This is really nice to hear from you I like discovering new places while walking too it’s more motivated but when I don’t have time to go some where I just doing it inside of the home but you have to be very motivated and have enough space to keep walking without getting dizzy for 30 or 60 min inside of the home ;)))
